Dalgona Coffee. The coffee on everyones lips

Dalgona is a Korean coffee similar to a cold cappuccino
The froth in a Dalgona coffee actually comes from the coffee rather than the milk.

It seems Dalgona os taking the internet by storm with everyone making it at hoe and posting picture on Instagram

If you fancy having a go at home The recipe is below

Recipe

2 tbsp Of granulated coffee 

2 tbsp of granulated sugar

2 tbsp of hot water

Milk You can use nut milk or cows milk whatever you wish

Ice (optional) 

Place coffee, sugar & water in a bowl and whip until the mixture forms sot peaks like when whipping cream. 

You can then arrange the coffee how you want we went for a spoon of coffee whip in the bottom of our glass followed by ice and milk Or you can use hot milk and no ice if you prefer a hot version of this delicious coffee, with the rest of the coffee mix on the top to fill your mug or glass. 

There is enough mixture to make two small coffees. (Which in our opinion is the best idea as there is a lot of coffee in this mixture)
